Policy
CHIFFONADE COOKING SCHOOL — CANCELLATION POLICY General Policy Chiffonade Cooking School reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum number of participants. We may also adjust class content by modifying recipes or substituting ingredients based on availability and seasonality. While we aim to follow the published recipes closely, minor variations may occur. Weather-Related Cancellations In cases of inclement weather, Chiffonade Cooking School will determine whether a class will proceed. If we cancel due to weather, you will be notified and offered either a rescheduled date or a credit equal to the amount paid. If you choose not to attend due to weather but the class remains scheduled, no refunds or credits will be provided. In-Person Class Cancellations All class registrations at Chiffonade Cooking School are non-refundable. To be eligible for class credit, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your class are non-refundable and not eligible for credit—unless we are able to fill your spot. If we do, we will issue a credit toward a future class. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member. Please notify us in advance with their name and contact details. All transactions must be handled directly by you. This policy is final and non-negotiable. No Shows If you do not show up for your class without notice, it will be treated as a cancellation. Any future bookings will be cancelled and no refunds or credits will be issued. Chiffonade Cooking School also reserves the right to suspend your account from making future reservations.
Can I bring someone with me?
No, we don't have the space our kitchen is structured to only serve those who have paid for the class. It not fair to the other people who have paid, to have someone else there who is receiving the same class for free, whether or not they participate in the hands-on portion of our classes.
